What makes Paintsmiths Lowveld different from other paint companies?
Paintsmiths Paints are eco friendly and locally (Cape Town) manufactured. We hand blend our paint in small batches to exacting standards. We have a complete line of finishes for interior and exterior applications, as well as our very unique Earthcote Range. All of our colors are beautifully saturated and complex, creating unparalleled quality and feeling.

Where are Paintsmiths products made?
All our paints are manufactured in Cape Town. We are committed to sourcing materials locally and reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible.
Can you match any color?
At Paintsmiths Lowveld we don’t use computers to match colors... EVER. We have been trained to mix and match paint by eye. Because of this, we know colors inside and out and can give accuracy and heart that no machine can provide. We are more than happy to custom match colors for you in any of our finishes. Certain limitations may apply.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where does Paintsmiths Lowveld Deliver to?
We deliver to all our local clients around Nelspruit & surrounds, but we can also ship anywhere in South Africa.
How much does delivery cost?
Local deliveries (Nelspruit & surrounds) are free if the order is above R1000. Under R1000 there is a delivery charge of R75.00
All other delivery areas are subject to a delivery charge according to the area and the weight of the order, which is calculated on checkout.
When will I recieve my order?
Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day.
Local Deliveries - Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.
All other areas - Please allow 2-3 business days for
delivery
Please remember that during very busy times, deliveries may take longer and delays with the courier service are out of our control however

Can I click & Collect?
We offer click and collect from Paintsmiths Lowveld. To
place an order for click and collect, simply select this option at the
checkout.
Same day click and collect is available for orders placed
before 12pm, Monday - Friday only. You will receive an email when your order is
ready to collect, but if you require it urgently contact our team.

Can I submit a return?
Due to the nature of most of our products (custom tinted paint) we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Please refer
to our Grace period and Refund Policy here.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged,
please contact our team as soon as possible at nelspruit@paintsmiths.co.za
You will need to provide photos of the damaged items, and the courier will
collect these so please do not dispose of them. Please note, we can only accept
claims for damages within 14 days of the order being shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon
as possible at by phoning 013 752 4625 or emailing nelspruit@paintsmiths.co.za.
If you cancel your order prior to it being completed and despatched you will receive a full refund.
